Escape to the Pines! This 1900 sq foot condo can be rented as a 2-2 (sleeps up to 4) or as a 3-3 (sleeps up to 8). If rented as a 2-2, you will have one bedroom with a king bed and second bedroom with a queen bed, and each bedroom will have its own bath. If rented as a 3-3 (for an additional flat fee of $20 per day), you will also have a third bedroom (downstairs) that has two queen bed; a secondary living space with desk; and an additional small bathroom (downstairs). **To rent as a 3-3, when reserving, list the total number of guests as "5" so that you are only charged additional $20 per day (and not per person)**

The condo has a wrap-around covered deck, raised high in the pines, with a gas grill and gas fire pit. The main living area has a gas remote-controlled fireplace and big windows with a beautiful view of the trees. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need for cooking. High speed internet, smart tvs, full size washer and dryer, basic supplies. Condo is close to the turn off for Ski Apache, Winter Park, Enchanted Vine Winery, Alto Lake hiking, and Flying J Ranch. **Winter is unpredictable, so four wheel drive or chains are recommended**
